At SWAN THE LABEL, We are committed to making shopping fuss-free and enjoyable for you. Kindly read through the following terms prior to making your purchase. Through procuring our merchandises and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.

 

DELIVERY

  • SWAN THE LABEL is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made after it is placed. Please double check your order details at the Review Order page before confirming the order.
  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays(Singapore).
  • Price of postage includes handling fees.
  • SWAN THE LABEL will not be held liable for any lost parcels / damaged items mailed out should customer/ visitor opt for normal/ regular postage.

 

 

BOUNCED PARCELS 

  • Customers will be contacted via email should SWAN THE LABEL receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.
  • Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. SWAN THE LABEL will only bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.
  • Bounced parcels that are unclaimed after 3 months will be deemed as SWAN THE LABEL'S property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been given.

 

 

DEFECTIVE/ FAULTY ITEM(S) RECEIVED

  • All parcels must reach us within 10 working days (20 working days for International Customers) from the day the parcel was delivered.
  • We apologize for mailing you a defective/faulty item. Please inform the Customer Service Team by taking a snapshot of the defective area and sending it to us at sales@swanthelabel.com.
  • An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective/ faulty*. SWAN THE LABEL will reimburse postage for defected / wrong item(s) sent. 
  • A refund will only be processed if the item(s) have ran out of stock for exchanges.
  • Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
  • There may be a 0.5”-0.8” difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
  • ALL exchanges/ returns will be processed and dealt with by the Defects Department and they will only be handled via mail.
  • SWAN THE LABEL Will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange.

 

 

INCORRECT ITEM(S) RECEIVED

  • All exchanges have to reach us within 10 working days (20 working days for International Customers) from the day the parcel was delivered.
  • We apologize for mailing you an incorrect item. Please take a snapshot of the item received and forward the snapshot to us at sales@swanthelabel.com. We will also reimburse for additional postage/shipping fees incurred.
  • An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect*. SWAN THE LABEL will reimburse postage for wrong item(s) sent to customer.
  • Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition and undamaged, without any postage labels. Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
  • ALL exchanges/ returns will be processed and dealt with by the Defects Department and they will only be handled via mail.
  • SWAN THE LABEL Will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange.

 

 

PAYMENT

  • Request for cancellation of order will be declined if any form of payment has been made.
  • We only accept two modes of Payment. They are Paypal & ATM transfers.
  • For customers who choose Paypal & ATM transfers as their payment method, order(s) will be reserved for 24 hours upon receiving an invoice. 
  • All cancelled orders cannot be reversed.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide relevant details required for SWAN THE LABEL to process the order. SWAN THE LABEL will not be accountable for delays caused by incorrect/ insufficient payment details provided.

 

 

PRODUCTS

  • Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of individual's computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
  • A difference of 0.5”-0.8” between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect.
  • Colour may transfer onto other garments, upholstery and bags. Do take note whenever necessary.
  • SWAN THE LABEL will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchanges.

 

 

PRODUCT CARE

  • You are advised to hand wash all SWAN THE LABEL apparels (individually) without soaking for the first few washes as colour transfer may occur.
  • Please iron on reverse side of the apparel. Low to Medium heat ironing is encouraged for all products. We would encourage steaming or ironing them using indirect heat (by placing a fabric/cloth between the item and iron).

 

 

SWAN THE LABEL Reserves the right to make amendments to any of the above Terms & Conditions

 In the event of any dispute, SWAN THE LABEL reserves the right of final decision.
