Return & Exchange

 This Exchange Policy applies only to merchandises purchased on our Website. Any "SWAN THE LABEL" merchandises purchased through third parties are not secured by this Exchange Policy.

 

Requests for exchanges are allowed only when you have received (i) an incorrect merchandise, or (ii) a defective merchandise. Requests for exchanges other than the above reasons will not be entertained.

 

Regardless of the reason of the request for exchanges, exchanges are allowed only if the merchandise in concern is (i) unworn, (ii) unwashed and in a (iii) brand new and saleable condition. Requests for exchanges will be rejected if any of the above criteria is not met.

 

If all of the above criteria has been met, please contact our Customer Care Officer within 7 calendar days from when the merchandise was dispatched to request for an exchange. Requests for exchanges will not be entertained after 7 calendar days from when the merchandise was dispatched. All exchange cases opened (signified by the first reply from SWAN THE LABEL) will have 15 days to be completed, SWAN THE LABEL will not be obliged to follow up on the case on the 16th day.

 

All exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to exercise discretion in permitting or rejecting all requests for exchanges.

 

DEFECTIVE/ FAULTY ITEM(S) RECEIVED

  • All parcels must reach us within 7 calendar days (20 working days for International Customers) from the day the parcel was delivered.
  • We apologize for mailing you a defective/faulty item. Please inform the Customer Service Team by taking a snapshot of the defective area and sending it to us at sales@swanthelabel.com.
  • An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective/ faulty*. SWAN THE LABEL will reimburse postage for defected / wrong item(s) sent. 
  • A refund will only be processed if the item(s) have ran out of stock for exchanges.
  • Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
  • There may be a 0.5”-0.8” difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
  • ALL exchanges/ returns will be processed and dealt with by the Defects Department and they will only be handled via mail.
  • SWAN THE LABEL Will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange.

 

 

INCORRECT ITEM(S) RECEIVED

  • All exchanges have to reach us within 7 calendar days (20 working days for International Customers) from the day the parcel was delivered.
  • We apologize for mailing you an incorrect item. Please take a snapshot of the item received and forward the snapshot to us at sales@swanthelabel.com. We will also reimburse for additional postage/shipping fees incurred.
  • An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect*. SWAN THE LABEL will reimburse postage for wrong item(s) sent to customer.
  • Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition and undamaged, without any postage labels. Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
  • ALL exchanges/ returns will be processed and dealt with by the Defects Department and they will only be handled via mail.
  • SWAN THE LABEL Will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange.

Mode of Return
 
Regardless if you would like to exchange the originally purchased merchandise for another merchandise, or store the value in your account as credits or to receive a refund, you can choose to return the merchandise to us via SingPost, once an exchange has been approved. 
 
 
► SingPost Registered Article Service  All merchandises have to be returned via SingPost Registered Article Service. Please talk to us at sales@swanthelabel.com to arrange a return. We will proceed to arrange the shipping of your replacement piece once we have received the return item.
